The Art Flow art subscription is a recurring artwork rental that raises the value of a space. From selecting work suited to the room to installing it, Art Flow coordinates the whole arrangement. We choose from artists based in Yaeyama, or connected to it, to help make a space more particular. And this is not simply a rental: when a work on display is sold, part of the proceeds returns to the space that showed it.

Kaff Ishigaki Stay
A recurring rental has begun at Kaff Ishigaki Stay, a whole-house rental where guests can stay as if living on Ishigaki. Photographs, paintings and other works are changed every three months, so the space stays fresh and particular however often one returns.

How It Works
Initial conversation
Tell us what you have in mind through the contact form.
Hearing
We visit the space itself and talk about the atmosphere you are after.
Artwork proposal
Based on that conversation, we select candidate works for the space.
Agreement
We exchange the agreement and confirm the installation date.
Installation
We transport and install the work safely, including lighting and the setting of the space. (Any additional lighting equipment is charged at cost.)
Rotation / continuation
Works are changed regularly. Rotation is every three months as a rule, and we accommodate your preferences as far as we can.
As a rule we ask for a contract period of three months or longer.
